    Thanks, i saw your demo and that’s really the kind of effect i’m looking for…

    i guess, then, that i’ll go with anchors and parenting, and then precomp the animation in a layer…

    The camera is hand held, and sort of rotating around the spot where there will be the screen…

    I’ve made some tests with PFHoe (from Pixel Farm, which i assume has rebuilt icarus, since icarus doesn’t exist anymore), and i still have an offset problem, but i guess i’ll have to read the manual to find out how to set the space origin point in the camera path data.

    First of all, thanks…

    it’s amazing how fast one can get answers on this forum.

    I’ll try it with icarus (free motion tracking software), since i don’t have Mocha (i believe it’s on CS4, and i’m still on CS3…damn me)

    So, if i get it right, the camera movement that i wanted to fake myself will be automatically designed by the tracking software…neat, and elegant.
