OK Here we go again. I am working in Windows 7 Home Premium, with 6GB ram. I am running Cs5.5 on a 64 bit system. My video card is a Nvidia Ge force GT540M with 1GB dedicated RAM. My processor is an Intel i7 2630. I have checked my computer for viruses thinking maybe that was the problem. If all else fails I can call Adobe and wait for 16 freaking hours to get a human but I was hoping you guys could help me out. Any suggestions?

    Thanks John
I think after looking at the computer for 5 hours I could not see the forest for the trees. That fixed it.

Sorry Chris I had to work out of the office yesterday. I am filming in 720×480 at 29 frames per second. Data rate 6124kbps total bitrate 6380 KBPS. I believe thtat I may be dropping frames due to the frame rate being low. I am doing a multiple camera line production on Sony Vegas and two of my cameras are old canon xlr1 and my third is a HD sony. THis is why I am not yet in 1080 but we are working that way. Do you think changing my frame rate will help.

    Thanks for the help Mike
Please remember that some of us are just ametuers like myself. I have been doing this about 14 months and there are a lot of things I can do but dont know how I do them. Anyway when you said Animate it all clicked. I had not pressed that button yet. I was trying to keyframe it in the pan crop section which works great if you have a two word text. When I hit the animate button it looked just like vegas 8 again. After doing this all this time I am enrolled to start college at Full Sail in January. So finally i can understand how I do what I do. Thanks Again for the help.

Yeah you there is a button in media generators that you can click to match the timelength but the problem is getting the entire line of text to show rather than the section that shows in the frame

Ok coming from an ametuer standpoint please tell me how did you find the layer that was rouge. Is there a way to view properties on each layer if so how?
