    You are probably right about the eyelid. Was just trying to avoid drawing more parts, lol. I was hoping they maybe tweaked the tool in the last few updates to have a feature I didnt know about that could give us more control over what parts warp with the puppet tool. Thanks for your response. I will grab some screen shots and post in the next few days if I figure something out.

    Thanks for the advice! I went into the sequence settings and the box your referenced was already checked…so I unchecked it and BOOM…it now looks correct in the playback. WTF is that about? Why make the default sequence settings with an odd buggy feature that does seem to be needed or functional?

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

    I have installed both “Perian”, “Flip for Mac”, and the latest “DivX codec”. I still cannot get any video. But i also realized this file was made with the Pinnacle DC30 and not the DV500. If any one has any other suggestions please let me know.
