    I already know how to manually track footage, but the problem, and I am not sure if I was at all clear on this before, is that even if I do manually track, it is hard to do so because if the fact that half of my footage is playing back at a higher rate than usual. Because of this, blurring of the points that I am tracking to are more exaggerated durring camera movement and it is much harder to see distinguish what I am tracking to in a large amount of the frames.

    Standard AE tracking. I am currently running CS3.

    I changed my settings to everything that you have suggested in the posting above. The comp will now render out via the Render Queue. But when I try to take a look at the resulting .mov playback via Quicktime or QuickLook is inconstant and jumpy. The file I am playing back is 412mb, which does not seem too big at all for a MacPro to handle.
