Hi Craig,

That is correct. Davinci is not linking to 1:1 files. In fact the files are not even registering in the MediaPool.

In the end I transcoded to a different format. Voila!

The next issue it to figure out why media generated by Avid has trouble playing in Davinci. It will play, it’s just CPU intensive and drops frames more than other codecs.

Has anyone discovered a solution to this problem.

Avid generated .mxf files in 1:1. Davinci Media Pool is not reading them but is reading lower resolutions such as DNxHD 175
