Maybe OMF is not supported for output on HD projects but only SD projects. To find out, open your HD project, then switch the format to SD. See if OMF is now available.

You have interlaced and progressive formats. I think you need a Teranex. http://www.teranex.com/

What about Facili’s Terrablock? It works well with Avid’s.
The company was founded by ex Avid people I think.
