Ok so when I go into the Export to DVD in the adobe and it pops up the page that allows you to name your project and than go to the page that allows you to change you bitrate , That is where i would change that bitrate to what you said and that would fix it..

This program that you are talking about is that something other than just the Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5?
I dont have any of these additional Adobe programs to run with this..I do know that I have NERO on the editer.
Can I do anything with this? -
