I ended up doing just that today – futzing. The QT animations were all over the place with regards to frame rate, aspect ratio, pixel ratio… Good thing these are just roughs. I’ll have them all on the same page when we start cutting in the real animation…

One thing I also noticed was that the audio waveforms of the sound files in the new sequence are off. The audio plays in synch with the vid, so it’s not a huge problem, yet I’d like to fix it if possible.
