An easy and cheap setup for you would be to get one of those usb condenser mics from samson or mxl. No need for a preamp as the mic gets the power over the usb cable plus the audio signal gets recorded through it as well. More than adequate quality for web broadcasting.

Seems everytime a new quicktime is released it only affects adobe editing products. Something seems a bit suss there.

The days when macs were more stable than windows are long gone ever since windows xp has been out. I’ve encountered too many spinning wheels off death on the mac to be pulled into that side of the arguement. What it comes down to though is whatever floats your boat, they both use the same hardware and come with most of the same software these days anyway.

It’s not perfect but for about 15 minutes work, it came out pretty good and can be easily tweaked.

This is very possible, just not in AE. I was able to track that shot fairly quickly using a 3d tracker as mentioned previously though.
