Jeff, great fix… I had same problem with blue flashes only after the renders completed.

Blank Title over the top removed the blue flashes in render.

I did notice the only clips the blue flashes occurred on was ones that where not 100% for their speed & duration %. Première must have a bug where it changes the frame rate when you play with the speed & duration of some clips.
