The only thing lighter, more robust, and less power hungry than Fluors are LEDs.
The problem is that arrays that are large enough to put out that kind of raw light volume will be pretty expensive. And diffusion becomes MORE difficult since unlike photons coming off tubes in every direction, LEDs are basically mini-spotlights. So you typically have to use MORE diffusion to soften the light up.
Look around at the larger LED panels – and see what’s available at your budget. Look at their light output curves, and buy the strongest you can afford.
The decent vendors typically won’t be using the really bad color skewed cheap LEDs of yesterday and more stuff where the color accuracy is pretty decent.
Then look to see if their housings make it easy to toss on the kind of diffusion media you’ll probably want.
The AC power packs that drive these are typically pretty small – so that shouldn’t be a big issue.

The kind of throw you’re talking about from the balcony position to the stage area you’re probably going to be looking at theatrical ellipsoidals.
See if there’s a theatre supply rental company in your area. Thats what they do.
They can also help you assess the power draw involved and help you figure out where the power sources might be and how much cable you’ll need to rig the proper lights.
It’s also possible that somebody surveying the actual location would mount something closer on trees (fixed, multi-armed lighting stands) , or maybe even recommend using footlight strips for up fill if the choreography or costumes require a bunch of front lighting to show well.
Those would be some of my “top of head” thoughts.

Wait.
Libraries are self contained entities.
When a clip is imported into a library – it brings whatever Camera origination metadata might be attached – but if you ADD metadata after it’s IN the library – there’s no facility I’ve ever heard about that will transfer library level metadata into a new downstream library.
The entire POINT of the library structure, is to be a self contained “bucket” largely walled off from external influence so that when moved from drive to drive or volume to volume – everything INSIDE the library package gets transferred .
If it dragged along user generated metadata from downstream operations, wouldn’t it be a total NIGHTMARE?
Jill creates the Library (adds user metadata) – it gets passed to John – who adds MORE user metadata) – who passes it to Simon – who adds MORE user metadata – and then Jill gets sent a copy of that Library. Does she replace her original library state with ALL the added metadata? Some? Is John’s copy obsolete since it never imported Simon’s? Who’s on first?
IF you want to add specific user metadata to a clone of a library – I’d think the idea would be to export an XML or do some form of Event exchange from the original library and use THAT to transfer existing metadata settings into the new Library.

It’s the old deal that IF an actual cure for cancer somehow miraculously formed in some human being’s brain, it would remain worthless as long as it’s in that person’s head. It’s got to be taken seriously, tested, vetted, manufactured, and distributed before it actually gains real-world value.
Ideas are worthless. Implementation of ideas is where actual value starts to be built.

Never saw the issue during the original thread activity – and I’ve uploaded at least 30 videos the last 60 days and had problems with none of them.
This must be somehow localized to how your accounts are interacting with the Vimeo system – or some glitch on their side.
I’m exporting out of FCP X 10.3.2 with a Sierra 10.12.3 system on a Mid 2015 Retina MBPro with everything current using Safari 10.0.3 build 12602.4.8
When I auto-upload directly from my storyline – all the metadata shows up properly.

Everybody KNOWS that the fundamental problem across the entire editing industry was that FCP X wasn’t FCP 8.
Premiere is FCP 8. Period. End of discussion. But better. And super cheap. (For a while, anyway) That’s the DEFAULT mode of all editing. Has been for 30 years. So shut up.
Nobody wanted to move on. NOBODY, I tell you. Moving on is HARD so only stupid kids and the mentally deranged would EVER want to do that.

THIS kind of thing is why I’m so happy I’ve spent the last 5 years gaining solid expertise in FCP X.
One piece of software I paid $300 for YEARS ago.
Now it does all my video editing.
All my audio recording and editing.
All my still image and graphics sequencing and manipulation.
And all my encoding and internet distributionALL on one program – running on one laptop – which makes me confident that I can handle 99% of the creative communications tasks I’ll ever need to do with exceptional ease and quality.
Things are SO much easier now.
