Anyone upload to Vimeo here?

I’m not seeing that problem here. I upgraded to 10.3 about a week after it was released, then 10.3.1 this morning, and my direct-to-Vimeo uploads have all had the correct titles (although Vimeo was giving us issues about a week ago where half the uploads failed, but I think that was a Vimeo-side issue and not FCPX).

I uploaded 6 or so videos today and they all went through fine.

Yes. It’s happening from all of our machines going to the same Vimeo account.

I’ve inquired over at Vimeo, too.

I’m having the same issue with direct uploads to Vimeo. Vimeo is pointing the finger back at Apple. This is the first mention I’ve seen of this issue anywhere. Time to start a thread on the Apple FCPX Support page …

I just upgraded to 10.3 a couple of days ago and shortly thereafter shared a couple of videos directly to my Vimeo account. No problems that I can detect.

Thanks for chiming in. I got the same response from Vimeo saying it was Apple’s doing since they are using the Vimeo API.

I am thinking about creating another account to see if that account works as it should.

So, I created a free account and uploaded something, and the title stuck.

This seems like a Vimeo problem, not an Apple problem.

I called ProApps support and they were unaware of this problem. They encouraged me to send feedback through FCPX. Anyone with the same problem should do the same. Ya would think that Vimeo would be a bit more helpful than passing the buck. I think I’ll go rattle their cage …
