Wow Brian I’ve been working with Premiere Pro 2.0 for 5 years now, but guess I don’t have it down like you do. I’ve read many posts on here about aspect ratios and everyone keeps talking about the black bars that will appear on the sides of the video when it is not widescreen. However, I have adjusted my video card and am getting the correct aspect ratio in my program monitor, but still a stretched picture in my source monitor. I thought this venue was for help, rather than criticism.

My project is not widescreen, I didn’t select widescreen. I did, however, wake up this morning thinking it may be my video card settings. The computer is new, and I think I set the video card at movie. I’m going to reset and see if that helps. I don’t have a flag on the settings. I’ll post when I reset the video card and see what happens.

I was afraid of that. I have a Sony VGC-VA11G downloaded latest driver, but I’m afraid I need a new card, don’t know how to install it on one of these. I guess I’ll learn. For now I’ve uninstalled premiere pro cs4 and will install driver, then reinstall. I was hoping it was a simple fix…….
