Thanks for your input!My problem is a bit more “timecode drastic”.
In fact, reimporting the medias actually work ok. The edited content is in the good place (all the interview are good and did not “slip” the content.)It is the source media TC that change complety the timecode for another one.
For example : my media 000PRX.mxf on the source folder is at timecode starting by 13:xx:xx:xx
I reimport for the relink, it change the timecode for another like 02:xx:xx:xx
But, the content inside the clip (question-answers-etc…) are ok…Then, I can’t export aaf edl and so on…

You can open your mkv with Quicktime (and perian installed) Save As Ref movie to have a MOV container of you mkv, open it with MPEG Stream Clip and export it to Prores.
MPEG Stream Clip is quite fast for reencode… -
I have Resolve 8.1.1
For FCP, it’s 7.0.3For the footage, it was shot on Sony AVCHD, (I don’t know the cam model but I can verify later) log and transfer with FCP, timeline is 1920×1080 ProRes 422 23.98

I did also have some trouble with XML and EDL export / import process …
Since Automatic duck is now free, have you check it out?

I also noticed that this “jerk” of pixel appear every 15 frames… so I guess it has something to do with the GOP settings maybe?
