Update… Import works fine at home on the same machine, only with 6 gigs of RAM So what could be the problem with the machine at the office?

I’m having the same issue. “Unsupported Format” in Premiere. I see the RED Sequence presets, but all of the .r3d files are grayed out. Files work perfect in After Effects. All programs and plugins are up-to-date. All of my .r3d files do not import. Please help.

    Thanks in advance,
    Beau
