What external program do you recommend? And how to you access the files through this program? QuickTime reference? I tried your fast export method, but I get a “An ACCESS_VIOLATION exception occurred.” Each time.

I don’t think the problem is you. I had to burn a one hour 20 minute dvd last summer, same problem. i think it worked once on the 7th try and never again afterwards. Now I have the same problem again with a 1.5 hour film and a deadline. I don’t think DVDit can handle files that size, no other explanation. Let me know if you find a solution!
