    I have not encountered that yet. I’ve seen other people having similar issues but I have done a lot of exports with AMA clips, not transcoded, with separate music tracks, animations, and separate audio with no problems. The only time I have had trouble is when I change the resolution on the format tab. It will only export if that is set to the true resolution.

    Can you export same as source QT?

    Have you tried an Avid same as source. If the avid codes are installed on your mac, this may be a solution. Another option is FCP won’t take in the file, throw it in compressor and make it an apple pro res 422.

    If it’s the same problem I was having where the audio is jittery for about the first 8 seconds, try going into your export settings and change the audio sample rate from 44.1kHz to 48kHz. Worked for me.
