If the image is not absolute (in the tex folder with the file path removed in the material) that might be your problem. Sometimes team render doesn’t like pulling an image from a path.

Unless I’m missing something, you cant export a layered photoshop file from the render output module. I thought the only way to export layers was from the Composition menu and there you can’t make any choices in terms of how its output.

I am not exactly sure I follow your solution though. When I add “Levels (individual controls)” and turn the “Clip to output black” and “Clip to output white” both on, is there a way I can export to 16bit from there without changing my workspace to 16bit? Not sure what you mean.
