Do you mean your rigid body tag changes to collider tag .. if thats the case try enabling dynamics by turning dynamic on under dynamics tab of your dynamics tag..

May be try to apply the transparent texture in alpha channel of the material ..
A scene file would be helpful .. it’s difficult to say what could’ve gone wrong ..

I don’t think AE can work with camera morph tag…
You can bake the camera morph to keyframes using the Bake objects commandTimeline – Functions – Bake objects
Than import that keyframed camera to AE..

The easiest way to do it IMO would be to create separate layers fod each flower .. There’s a script called masks2layers at aescripts.com

than keyframe scale of each layer and shift layers on timeline using sequence layers.
If u want to do a random reveal you can easily shift’em manually or can use another handy little script called layerrandomshifter from aescripts.com

you can set up the position to match your video and than can apply dynamics TAG and set the gravity to a negative value , and assing them a custom initial linear velocity also to a negative direction …
