Save with alpha channel – Transparent texture not working?
The hair on these characters are boxes with transparent textures but the transparency doesn’t work when I save with alpha channel.

May be try to apply the transparent texture in alpha channel of the material ..
A scene file would be helpful .. it’s difficult to say what could’ve gone wrong ..
