I use Audacity instead of fairlight because my laptop is old, and the audio bugs in davinci resolve, it allows me to see the clips but when reproducing them they shut down after a few seconds… that doesn’t happen in audacity… but I have to align the clips to the moving parts of the video so… that’s my reason to use both software, even when fairlight might be better..
