I don’t understand what you mean either… but it might be the properties… right click the video, go to properties, then there are a couple of tabs, move through them till you see a “Channel Alpha” field (sorry, i’m not sure in which tab it is)

Then play around with the Channel Alpha settings, till you get the desired transparency… perhaps you’re looking “none” since you don’t want it to be transparent
