First try trashing your prefs. Tried that didn’t work out.

Do you have FXFactory installed? Don’t have FXFactory

Do you have Perian installed? If so, remove it via the sys prefs. Don’t have Perian.

DO you have P2CMS? Nope. That might be a good idea though.

Thanks for helping out. I have never had trouble opening up a folder that I have downloaded from The camera yet. Final Cut is just not liking this folder.

Thanks Shane.. Yes the driver was installed. I just forgot the little step of “Holding the button that switches the camera modes” in for a few seconds. Which then activates the 1394 device and mounts the drive. Thanks again for trying to help.

Thanks for the information guys. Found out that the transfer worked when you just drop the clips in, instead of doing an add to.
Don’t know why, but it worked.

Yes, they were all selected. We watched the files being converted and seeing some being skipped while converting.
