Hey thanks but I have one more thing.
When I copy and paste this expression into AE I get an AE warning:
invalid numeric result(divide by zero?)
Expression disabled.
Error occurred at line 7.
Comp: “ball and floor”
Layer: 1(“ball”)
Property: ‘Position’line 7 is the height/2 statement. Can you see the error? Is it trickling down or is it height/2.

Being a hobbyist and a programmer professionally – I am simply curious as how far I can go with my animations. These limitations you speak of, in what way did you feel that AE limited you?

Actually, this would work. However, it would be a nice enhancement if the selection tool itself had a way of helping to resolv this problem. Maybe the starting pt good be a different tint or a keyboard short cut could highlight it. I guess I was hoping that this feature was already there and I just didn’t know it.

One flash of anxiety. Could this problem be my DVD/CD firmware. I’d hate to buy a great new soundcard and find out its the CD reader. Well, not really, but you understand.

This Layla card looks like the BOSS. Is it for instrumental inputs as well as cd audio?

I agree with you whole heartedly. Sound, especially with home theater, is just as important as video. It’s a marriage. Well I am glad that adobe isn’t giving up on Audition. Audition is the only reason I haven’t gone to VISTA. I am about to build my dream system again. I am going for a workstation motherboard, VISTA, and quad-core processor (I know, I know, why a quadcore). Well I am a hobbyist, some guys like fancy cars and I like fancy computers. I also love digital art with and without sound and I didn’t think that Soundbooth was going to offer as many options as Audition when it came to sound effects and filters.

This is bad. Adobe is selling Soundbooth as a replacement product for Audition. According to the link in your response Audition is not officially supported on Vista, although the customer support department at Adobe has told me it is. I don’t think Adobe has any plans to upgrade Audition in the near future but Soundbooth certainly isn’t a replacement product.

Thanks, I found that if I set the blur to 1 or 2 pixels the picture is traceable.
