Ok thank you. So then I ask, can I apply the warp stabilizer to the clips in Premier, import the project to After Effects and individually work on each clip’s effects in the properties?

I have the exact same problem. After effects shows my cut clips from the sequence as pre-comps and when I click on the comps to add effects (ie stabilizer), AE tries to add the effect to the entire, original media than the actual length of the cut. Anyone know what to do? Even if I turn off collapse transformation and add stabilzer to the pre-comp, AE seems to get stuck in the “analyze” phase…
