To remove a film scratch…clone it….do it in the layer panel with the appropriate brush size and the clone tool.
Set to single frame. Click at the start of your scratch…..move your mouse, (don’t drag) to the
end of the scratch…Shift click…..also make sure your clone options are properly set…source, aligned is checked, Normal mode RGBA…etc etc…
