Any help? In which parameter should activate the expression?

tried it and get an error message (on line 17)
also, it´s not clear for in which parameters to paste the expression

I have the impression, i´m just millimeters away to the solution whith this,
further help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks to both of you, I did a search before and found the results but thought of a plugin or another possibility of achiving this effect.
