If you type the name in the search bar of the Effects you will find it under Obsolete.

If it also crashes on win media its not related to BD.
Update videocard driver if you have not done that.

There is no plugin that will do 90 minute at once.
You will have to break up the footage.

That is just one spot. You don’t need Prodad to do that for you. Can easily be done in Pr.
If there are many spots or dust; that is a different ballgame.

I am guessing you are capturing lossless.
Might want to try the dv codec which will give you about 13 gig/hour.
