You will need to purchure Surcode to export to 5.1.
You do have 3 trials.
When exporting to Bluray or dvd look under Audio and check the Dolby Digital option.

Photo’s do not have speed just duration.
You cannot change the duration of all at once just one at a time.
Nest your sequence in another sequence and use the stretch tool to adjust the total duration of the seqeunce.

Most of the time this will work: Copy dvd to hard disk. Rename .vob to .mpg and import into Premiere.

Most prosumers and professionals hardly use any transitions, and most of these editors know upfront what these transitions look like.
But yes you can view them, after dragging a transition to the timeline and double clicking on it, in the Effects Controls.
