How to delete history
Hi,
I am using Premiere 6.5 on a PC platform, with winXP.When I go to file>open recent file, or file>open recent project,
I get a list of files or projects that were deleted long ago.
How can I empty the list of the past files and projects.

I think a reinstall is the only way to get rid of them.

Been a while since I’ve seen 6.0. Basically, you should be able to get rid if it by deleting the preferences file.
I don’t have a copy of XP in front of me either.
You can first try to hold Shift + Control as you click on the icon and wait for Premiere to start.
I think the files were also located inside c:/windows/applicationdata/adobe
Again, this is mostly based on memory…
