Not related to the audio but dont use odd numbers for the resolution.
Use numbers that are dividable by 4.

Rigth click on Project window bar: show metadata display.
Check Video Usage (and Audio Usage).

Bad idea upgrading to a new version mids a LARGE project.
You can run into all sorts of problems you dont want to deal with during such a project.

Why do you need to upgrade to 2019.
