This has me stumped. I received a video that was done with webex and I brought it into Premiere to edit and it seemed to work fine, but when I export it, the video has sound but no picture.

Could it be I am having problems because it is only 6FPS? I tried to put it through media encoder to convert it to ProRes but I couldn’t edit that video either.
Please, can anyone help me make sense of this?

Here is an image of the video info:

    much appreciated,
    Craig

I don’t know how Webex records or anything. But what you could try is take that video into Handbrake and transcode it to constant frame rate. I’m wondering if it has a variable frame rate from Webex. It’s possible you’re video and audio may not sync if that’s the case.

I think minimum fps is 10.

No luck with handbrake. So strange

Did you try converting it to an image sequence?

If nothing else works, you may have to resort to some nasty workaround like playing the video while screen recording it.

That screen-capture ploy would be my last, desperate method, but before that, did you try running it thru FFWorks or FFmpeg?
