Even if you are downconverting in the camera you should have hdv options.
I think the program has referted itself to trial. They sometimes do.
Uninstall en reinstall.

Did you set the firewire driver to Legacy?

For Premiere 2 you need to make the stills the same size as the project if you have not done this. 225 Stills are a awfull lot to load especially if the are full resolution.
If you did make the stills the same size and still having trouble burning dvd make a dv-avi first, import this into a new seqence and burn to this sequence to dvd.
The backslash key for me has alway been zoom to sequence. -
Make sure it the track is set to Track Volume and not Clip Volume.
Use the pen tool with the ctrl key or press add/remove keyframes.

You can use a bitrate calculator to get the required file size.
It needs to be way under 6.6 as the actually size of a DL is much lesser than 8.5.

Encore can cope with it? Encore is specially designed to make dvd’s.
By the way what happend to Encore CS5? .
Export from Premiere to mpeg2-dvd and import this into Encore. Make menu and burn or make a Master and have it duplicated. 2h.20 min requires a Double Layer.
