I’d like to do this without effecting the video. And replace that part that I cut out with an audio file from my computer. How do I go about doing this? Your help is much appreciated!

Hold down ALT while rasoring the audio then delete the selection.

Thanks so much!! Now how would I add my own audio in place of those empty sections, do I just import from my computer, drag onto the 2nd audio track and it will allow me to move it to that section?
