I would nest each subclip making a new sequence.
In the Media Encoder you can import multiple Premiere Pro Sequences.

Even if i never heard of Harm i would still do it.
Dont want anything else on my System disks then OS and programs.
Even with a fresh install of windows the first thing I do is relocate My Documents.

The first thing I did was change the location.
Don’t want them on my system drive.

You cannot change settings in an existing sequence.
If you need a different resolution just make a new sequence with the same project.
Look for a 1920×1080 24 fps preset under avchd.

Yes superimpose a white colour matte and keyframe the opacity.
