CS6 PrP media pending
Working on a relatively small project – 16 minutes. Not a whole lot to to it but now getting media pending error. Only a few titles, no effects at this time, only 2 video tracks, 4 audio tracks.
Media on a RAID giving me 270mbs. Brought in 3 clips – they just sit there gray. All video XDCam – timeline XDCam. Very simple edit.
Any ideas?

I did the update. still had the problem. Opened a different “test” project with no footage. Then reopened the primary project I’m on.All the media came back. Premiere is not as clean at handling files as FCP7. Have had a bunch of crashes for no apparent reason. But continuing to use it because the company I’m working for requires it and Apple lost me with X.
There are a bunch of things they could do to make it better. One for me is better handling of a 2 monitor system. Any time you close a window it defaults back to the main screen. You have to go back and resize it. – pain but it works. Seems that there are more mouse clicks to do the same thing as in FCP7 or Avid. Lots of little items like that which just slow things down.
