Thanks both. That’s the route im going down at the moment after having experimented using the Bezier Grid and Plane with Knife and Slide then finally Subdivision.

Not very good at surface modelling and always struggle to get nice clean geometry. Need more patience and practice as only mainly do simpler packaging models.

Will update with my test result.
