Good Job, espeically for your first video.
One thing, I think you need to work on the audio a bit. It is really hard to get clean audio in a conference like that.

One more thing. Make sure you are using QT 7.4.5 No other version (7.5 or 7.6) work with Premiere 4.01 right now.
