thanks for all the input. I was able to find a place that charges .29 cents per minute of tape to transfer. So that should be more feasible. THanks for all the insight, this is an EXCELLENT resource!

I have never used COMPRESSOR before, but I do have it. I normally export to quicktime movie then burn on iDVD, can you walk me through exporting and burning through COMPRESSOR
