Sorry, I’m a bit unfamiliar with this type of information. Here’s my process:

Imported into FCP with DV-NTSC 48kHz
Sequence settings with Apple ProRes 422
    exported video compression:H.264
    encoding code:multi-pass

    Then exported as a .mov

    what do you think?

These are .mov straight from FCP quicktime conversion….
I asked her what media player they used. She hasn’t gotten back. Is there a universal codec that I could do with Compressor?

Also, Instead of using the NeatVideo, couldn’t i just adjust the luminance and Chroma fields?

Sorry David, I took a break and went to go see “The Wolfman”, regretfully.

Here’s the Jpeg. This is a totally different beast from what we were going over earlier today, I’ll show the new image from turning down the blacks.

You sir, are a saint! Thank you so much, I knew It had to be possible, I was totally unaware of the setting option through the Sequence tab.
    Thanks again,

and this probably doesnt make a difference, but to be clear i was referring to the “viewer” on my laptop, in fcp pro aside from the canvas. Not the camera

It seems misleading when the viewer can produce a clearer version. Like I should be able to take that exact image i see somehow without losing quality.

    Here’s the settings:

    Sequence Preset:DV NTSC 48 KHz
    Video Playback:Apple Firewire NTSC (720 x 480)
    Shot in 60i and 16:9

the 60i would explain the pixelation, but the difference is that it’s coming in clear on the viewer…
