Deleting Media Cache and Media Cache Files doesn’t change anything. It doesn’t show up in Programs and Features.. Can I install it manually?

Shift doesn’t fix it. It doesn’t start when opening it from AAE or directly from its shortcut. I has worked, but after some time not using it, it suddenly stopped working.

When I try open it, nothing happens. Neither with administrator.
