Hello.

I recently have been having the exact same issue, 3 freeze frames. I just shot a very important project and realized almost all of my shots have this issue. I have been using my 7D for over a year and never had the problem, though when shooting I usually have the shutter speed cranked for shallow DOF, 1.4. Shutter speed usually 200-800, depending on the shot.
However, I did not like this because I wanted my shutter double my frame rate (50), so I got a ND filter, and started shooting at 50. I believe this may have something to do with it considering I have never had this problem before.
Either way, this is really unfortunate because my project is ruined.
