After much research, I have found the problem.

I was recording on a GoPro and they have this low light correction feature. I didn’t know what the feature could cause frame loss. I turned the feature off, did some test recordings, did all the right steps, and now it is working great!

Sorry, I was asking if it was even possible to run it that slow. I thought that it being so slow might make it stutter or something.

I do want it at five. I’m trying to make it super slow. Is that alright?

My project settings do match my media. My project settings are at 59.94 FPS and my GoPro clips were recorded at 59.94 FPS.

1.) I did ensure my resample is disabled.

2.) Yes, it is a subclip.

3.) I did apply Twixtor.

I am getting some motion blur actually.

I have tried all the tutorials there possibly are. I am doing all the right things they say to do yet I still encounter this problem.

I already disabled resample. I still have the issue.
