some questions from a nervous amateur:
regarding the clone, what if I have software on my computer that I no longer have the disks or serials for? If I have to erase the HD and rebuild, will I be able to just copy the applications from the clone?
how do you test to see if the clone will boot up?
If I have to reinsall OSX, it will be an older version (obviously); will I be able to go to software updates to get it updated.
For the clone, is it ok to use a large firewire HD that will have other media on it?
