    But why would you record progressive… why is it better?

    [Ed Dooley] “FCP supports HDV 30P too. That’s what we shoot in with our JVC 110.”

    It supports HDV 720 30P, but the Sony records only 1080 24P

    Arniepix… I have thought in the HVX for a long time… I love its images… but when you shut a lot, like me….(10 hours per month aprox) where do you will archive your footage? That will give you 600 gigs, 1200 gigs in two months, 1800 gigs in three and so on…

    If the magic word is Kona you are speaking of 3000 dollars…. a bit expensive… to achieve a good perfomance. Dont you think so?

    It sounds good, but aren’t the process very slow? And anothe question…. The cost per hour in 1080 would be about 20 bucks? We shot to our projects an average of 4 hours.
