Does it support APNG? Gif is too old, and quality of animation frames is too low. 256 color isn’t enough.

Maybe you did anything wrong? Sometimes ago I had similar issue and I fix it in this way.

Could you please describe more detail about how to find ‘Preserve Frame Rate’ I don’t see it on advanced tab?
