    LOL, I feel sorry for you, but ASFAIK there is not any serious tool in the world for Mac.
    Probably the platform was dead for serious authoring when Apple dicontinued DVD Studio Pro and when they decided to not support Blu-ray.
    Apples attitudes have a negative impact somtetimes!

    There is no substitution for Mac!
    There are some replacements for PC-platform:
    DVD Architect, TMPEG Mastering Works.

    Just to correct the price, it’s 179 € for a non Apple certified converter, partially based on Open Source development.

    They have started with a free version and a so called “Pro” version.
    Later they have provided the product at an extreme price Tag.
    Since they are realizing that they can’t sell many licenses they force upsells by giving discounts.
    I assume that they still use their strange user Interface.
    I prefer Telestream Switch which can create Apple ProRss HQ422 codec.

    The only way I know is to use DVD Reauthor Pro which can decompile the whole disc to create a Scenarist import script to can rebuild the project scenario in Scenarist.

    Do you have any idea where the layer break is actually placed?
    In more advanced authoring tools you have to take care of some things:
    If OTP (Opposite Track Path) is set, the first layer (layer 0) MUST be larger than the second one (layer 1)!
    Please check that the assets do not run out of legal size, depending on layer break position.

    I didn’t expect that you get that error on building stage.
    I was thinking you are faced of it when you try to burn the disk.

    An ISO-file can not hold any information about the physical place of a layer break.

    There is no alternate solution at similar price tag at the moment.
    You could buy Mediareactor Workstation from Drastic Technologies,
    they have integrated a QuickTime Component based on ffmpeg.

    Good software, but it’s a bit expensive if you just need a ProRes encoder.
