I did end up finding it, based on what someone else posted, under the Sony AVC render templates (and then I found the Double NTSC in the frame rate dropdown box.) Saved it as a custom template so I know where it’s at from now on. Thanks for replying!!

I recieved my first video from a client that had a frame rate of 59.94, and they wanted a few place cut out. I figured I would need to render in the same settings so as not to lose any quality. Unfortunately, I don’t have Double NTSC or Double PAL in the frame rate dropdown for anything. I wonder why that is? I have Sony Vegas Pro 13, but I did get the Edit version. Perhaps that’s why?
