Thanks I just did a dvd without de-interlacing and it looks great.

I don’t know why i got lines last time may be bcuz i used idvd. but now i used encore with out de-interlace and no problems.

the thing is that the lines came up on my t.v . Now my t.v is probably t3n years old is that why?

I have it on de-interlace should i click that off. The reason why i clicked on de-interlace was becuz before i was getting lines when people moved, so i was told to use de-interace to get rid of it.

the duration of the video is 1hr and 27min, it about 4gb. What else do u need, or did u mean something else by duration?

yes i’ve tried it on a stand alone t.v.

The setting I use when exporting to encore is high quality ntcs widescreen 29.36fps or something, and when i export to movie, i just put everythign to best quality.

I’ve done that,but when the dvd is made either in encore or idvd the video looks blurry, and when people moves the blur becomes more evident

Thanks for ur input, but i tried it without teh de-interlace or whatever,burned it onto dvd, and it had the lines, and i had the oldest tv in the house, so i figued if it looked like crap on the old tv then it would look like crap on any other t.v.

Hey thanks I tried it last night and it looks alright, now i’ll just have to see how it looks on the dvd.

Do you suggest going through encore, and can u recommond any sites that have a tutorial on making dvd menus and dvd through encore?
