clone tool the area under the removed selection, so that I can move the element, and that underneath will show – like very primitive animation.

No, the comps are exactly at center both of them.
And I’ve tried with and without GPU rendering….

What you see is essentially two splines generated by trapcode particular, that has lights tracked to the Emitter-light. When they overlap, the error occurs.

As mentioned above, if I export them as alpha channels and then try to overlap eachother, another bay error occurs.

This doesn’t work for me. I can se the animated gradient wipe, but when I render, nothing! What’s wrong? hmmm…

No, a linear wipe or mask would not be useful, as the spline is in 3D space, and covers itself in different positions – so i would just crop the whole image as if it the spline was in the same distance to the camera, allover, and it’s not.
